In How High Wall You Climb, John talks about a subject that has been ignored for a very long time in society:  one's attitude. In this book you will be challenged to think the way you think and the approach you have towards life. Many people believe that in order to be successful they have to do so much but they forget that a bad attitude is the key that closes many doors! Two things caught my attention in this book: 1) Be always willing to learn. Bad attitude can condition one to think that nothing can be done, nothing can change, nothing can be solved. A person with a good attitude always looks for reason to increase in knowledge about what they don’t know, about what it is different. As a business owner, this book has showed me one’s income can only grow as one’s attitude changes. 2) Select the people you spend time with. Sometimes it is so tempting to spend time with everybody even more when you are a people person, but since time is a valuable asset, John suggests to keep in touch with people you can grow with the most and let them to keep you posted about what your other friends are doing. You don’t need to spread yourself thin in order to have meaningful relationships.

Pro about the book: each chapter comes with a questionnaire that challenges you to think outside the box and think in a positive manner. Through this questionnaire, the reader realizes she/he has more control over things that she/he could have ever imagined!
If  you are a business owner, entrepreneur, self employed or occupy a leadership position in  a church or non profit organization, this is a must read.

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookLook Bloggers book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
